Serve as chief talent strategist for Uber Freight leaders, driving workforce planning, organizational design, change management, executive coaching, talent reviews, and people analytics to align talent and structure with business strategy; partner with COEs and TA to operationalize succession, compensation, and transformation initiatives.

Lead and manage a team of operations coordinators and account managers supporting intermodal freight customers. Set strategy, translate business goals into operational plans, drive process improvements and data-driven decision making, allocate resources, present to customers, pursue account growth, reduce accessorial losses, and build cross-functional relationships to improve service and financial performance.

Lead GTM technology strategy and engineering for Sales and Marketing systems: architect scalable GTM infrastructure, drive AI automation across Gong/Salesforce/Clay, own tool intake and ROI modeling, manage vendor ecosystem, translate commercial workflows into technical blueprints, partner with engineering and BI, and drive adoption, enablement, and executive reporting for the tech portfolio.
