The Program Manager II will lead initiatives in shipment support tooling, manage integrations, develop AI capabilities, and collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with operational needs.

Lead cross-functional commercial transformation initiatives to improve seller productivity, customer journeys, operating models, and performance. Diagnose complex problems, design future-state processes, build executive recommendations, drive implementation and adoption, and scale AI/automation to accelerate productivity across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Pricing, Product, and Finance.

Lead a team to design, execute, and measure talent, career and leadership development, performance management, succession planning, and engagement programs. Partner with business and People leaders, use people analytics, and ensure consistent global program application to drive organizational capability and results.
