Provide administrative leadership for the CMO Office program portfolio: coordinate projects, stakeholders and meetings; prepare reports and presentations; assist budgeting and forecasting; standardize processes, support onboarding and events, and drive system-wide alignment and implementation of initiatives.

Lead governmental reimbursement for UC Health: oversee hospital cost report and HCAP filings, manage MAC audits and consultants, provide reimbursement analysis for budgeting and strategic planning, supervise and develop staff, and coordinate community benefit reporting and regulatory updates to leadership.

Support departmental financial management, budget reconciliation, clinical data analysis and reporting using Epic/ECIN/Excel/Midas/EPSI. Maintain databases, assist payroll and purchasing via Lawson, coordinate IT/system enhancements, support quality improvement, Joint Commission/CMS actions, and train staff. Produce productivity and vacancy analyses and assist Director with special projects.
