Write, edit, and publish executive summaries; collaborate with teams to communicate company stories; summarize customer feedback; and review data and reports to provide recommendations for leadership. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. It is fully on-site at Uline’s Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin headquarters.

Manage customer account portfolios, resolve past-due balances, document collection activity, and partner with customers and internal teams to reduce aging and bad debt. The role requires account records management, payment solution coordination, and customer communication by phone and email. Candidates need a high school diploma, Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge, strong communication skills, and preferably prior collections, accounts receivable, or customer service experience.

Analyzes financial data to provide actionable insights supporting business strategy and operations. Translates findings into written summaries and presentations for leadership, collaborates with stakeholders to identify performance trends, and recommends operational improvements. The role requires a finance or accounting degree, strong communication skills, Excel and Word proficiency, and up to 10% travel. SQL and Power BI knowledge is advantageous. This is an on-site position in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
