Design modern, user-centric landing pages, dashboards, and web interfaces using Figma. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes, conduct UX research, implement user feedback, and ensure visual consistency. Collaborate with marketing and front-end developers to align designs with branding and functionality, prioritize multiple projects, and optimize usability and accessibility across Ultahost platforms.

Provide Level 2 technical support by administering Linux/Windows servers, virtualization and cloud platforms, managing databases and web servers, configuring hosting control panels (cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS), troubleshooting networking and performance issues, communicating with customers, and improving support processes.

Oversee website content creation, optimization, and publishing. Lead a small team of writers and translators, maintain brand voice and CMS structure, run SEO and UX improvements, coordinate with product/design/dev teams, conduct content audits, develop content calendars, and monitor analytics to improve traffic and conversions.
