Advises HR partners, talent acquisition, and senior business leaders on strategic hiring, retention, promotions, organizational changes, and equitable pay decisions across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

Leads global pharmacovigilance operations, quality, and compliance across clinical and marketed products. Oversees case processing, vendor and alliance governance, PSMF management, GVP compliance, training, deviations, CAPAs, audits, inspections, regulatory reporting, and TMF support. Builds and develops global teams, scales PV systems for portfolio growth and commercialization, and ensures inspection-ready performance across outsourced operating models and international markets.

Lead US marketing for Dojolvi and Mepsevii, developing and executing annual brand plans, budgets, and cross-functional commercialization strategies. Drive disease education, market development, KOL engagement, patient access, and measurement of impact while mentoring the marketing team and partnering with global stakeholders to support IEM pipeline launches.
