Lead and develop a city-based CD sales team to achieve growth targets by executing annual and quarterly plans, targeting restaurant operators and distributors, expanding reach to regional chains and healthcare accounts, managing trade fund investments, and cultivating distributor and customer relationships through coaching, training, and strategic execution.

Drive sustainable territory growth by engaging operators, local chains, distributors, and trade partners. Deliver sales targets through customer business plans, solution selling, promotions, sampling, demonstrations, and omnichannel outreach. Develop joint business plans, support distributor claims, convert CRM-generated leads, increase ecommerce adoption, enrich customer data, and improve product penetration and digital engagement across the Los Angeles territory.
