Lead site quality team to ensure manufacturing processes and finished products meet regulatory, customer, and internal standards. Drive continuous improvement, SPC, data analytics, SAP QM/PLM/ECC adoption, CAPA, audit readiness, calibration programs, and cross-functional quality alignment to reduce defects and losses.

Manage and grow Unilever Foods business with Ahold-Delhaize USA by driving volume, optimizing distribution, pricing, forecasting, promotions, and deductions. Lead joint business plans, execute in-store and online initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams (category, marketing, finance, supply chain), and support omni-channel strategies to drive profitable growth for Knorr and other categories.
