Supervise and coach United Ground Express hub personnel to ensure safety, compliance, staffing, performance, and high-quality customer service. Oversee scheduling, training, incident reporting, and daily operational tasks in a 24/7 airport environment.

Support the candidate journey by conducting phone screens, scheduling and coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications and records, handling background checks and onboarding paperwork, supporting job fairs and onsite activities, assisting recruiters and hiring managers, and performing administrative and reporting tasks. Role requires travel up to 3080% of the time.
