Participate in United Rentals’ Sales Development Program, learning equipment rental operations, sales techniques, customer relationship management, pricing negotiations, and revenue-growth strategies. The role includes branch training, outbound sales campaigns, CRM and platform usage, performance tracking, coaching, customer engagement, and local jobsite ride-alongs. Successful associates typically progress to Outside Sales Representative within four to six months, depending on performance and market conditions.

Install, demo, maintain, and perform minor repairs on HVAC, dehumidification, and air purification equipment at customer sites. Operate delivery vehicle, assist with loading/unloading, report equipment condition, and provide customer service. Be available for on-call emergency service.
