The Enterprise Account Executive will develop sales strategies, drive new business, sell to executives, and manage contracts in a competitive cloud security market.

Build and run Upwind's GTM enablement function: create playbooks, onboarding, POV/POC motion, battlecards, and recurring training. Partner with RevOps, Sales, SE, CS, and Product Marketing to shorten ramp, drive adoption of GTM tools, measure enablement impact on ACV/win rates, and coach managers to improve pipeline and expansion outcomes.

The Technical Support Specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, provide customer support, maintain documentation, and enhance skills for effective service delivery.
