Urban Till

Urban Till, in 2013, built an urban indoor farm within the city of Chicago.   We are currently providing “12 hour fresh,” consistently high-quality produce, 365 days a year to over 80 of Chicago's upper echelon restaurants. 

At Urban Till we developed systems and processes that allow for local production that requires less capital and lowers overhead to a greater degree than previously achieved.   We believe that with the Urban Till model we can continue to reduce costs and position ourselves to be able to provide agricultural products to new customers and industries.
