The Staff Accountant prepares month-end journal entries, general ledger analyses, financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, SEC filing tie-outs, audit support, and internal reporting. The role supports SOX compliance, BlackLine reconciliation administration, PeopleSoft general ledger activities, and closing documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field, two years of relevant experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Provides credit and collections support for national customer accounts. Responsibilities include customer setup, credit evaluations, approval of payment terms, credit-limit recommendations, accounts receivable reconciliation, delinquency resolution, payment-plan negotiation, collections coordination, annual credit reviews, write-off recommendations, credit reporting, and regulatory compliance support. The role collaborates with sellers and internal stakeholders, manages a customer portfolio, and resolves past-due account issues remotely.

Sources, develops, and closes high-potential new foodservice accounts, meeting sales and profit targets. Builds market-share strategies, researches prospects, develops pricing and offerings, manages onboarding and credit processes, and transitions new customers to Territory Managers. Maintains relationships with decision-makers, supports at-risk accounts, attends industry events, and shares sales expertise with team members.
