Own product strategy and delivery for agentic document management, policy and procedure workflows, and compliance gap assessments. Partner with customers, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams to build reliable, explainable AI experiences that accelerate audit readiness and security program expansion. Responsibilities include defining product requirements, evaluating AI outputs, improving quality, synthesizing customer feedback, prioritizing roadmaps, and shaping product culture.

Designs scalable data models, optimized SQL queries, analytics infrastructure, semantic layers, and data applications. Partners with data science, product, engineering, and business teams to enable dashboards, self-service analytics, reporting, and enterprise data-driven decision-making. The role also establishes analytics engineering best practices, improves developer experience, and supports secure, compliant data warehousing.

Lead complex software projects and mentor engineers while building scalable full-stack products for Vanta’s expansion team. Develop purchasing, checkout, upgrade, renewal, billing, and trial experiences that support self-serve growth and revenue automation. Set technical direction, own product functionality and infrastructure, collaborate across teams, and contribute to engineering culture. The role uses TypeScript, React, and Node.js and involves greenfield development in a rapidly scaling startup environment.
