The role also mentors engineers, conducts code reviews, promotes engineering best practices, and balances hands-on development with technical leadership.

Leads enterprise technology enablement and transformation initiatives across underwriting, operations, actuarial, finance, and technology. Establishes project intake and governance frameworks, facilitates executive steering committees, manages system integrations and operational platforms, translates business and technical requirements, oversees data stewardship, redesigns future-state workflows, and leads distributed onshore and offshore teams. The role drives technology roadmaps, business adoption, scalability, and alignment across functional areas.

Lead marketing and communications for Vantage’s Insurance segment. Set marketing strategy, connect campaigns to underwriting results, create broker-facing content, manage email programs, support CRM implementation, develop event and sponsorship strategy, and oversee branded promotional materials. Partner closely with underwriting, distribution, brokers, and senior leadership to strengthen the Insurance business’s brand, communications, and sales enablement efforts.
