Lead and supervise maintenance for a continuous/process plant, prioritizing safety. Perform and oversee troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Manage an 11-person maintenance crew and boiler operators, control maintenance budget, ensure ISO/FSSC/CGMP compliance, coordinate with planners and suppliers, and maintain accurate maintenance documentation for ~$100M in equipment.
