Develops and delivers shop-floor and safety training for manufacturing employees, creates training materials and calendars, evaluates skill gaps, administers the site LMS, conducts safety inspections and audits, implements safety procedures, and maintains safety documentation and SDS access.

The Continuous Improvement Engineer will drive efficiency and quality enhancements in manufacturing through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, while mentoring staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.
