The Senior Systems Engineer will support sales of enterprise storage, assist with system configurations, and demonstrate technical expertise while defining product requirements and creating solution blueprints.

Provide hands-on technical support and escalations for VAST storage products; resolve customer issues, perform field services (installations, upgrades, break-fix), submit/manage bugs and feature requests, collaborate with engineering, sales, and professional services, ensure adoption and SLA compliance, and support assigned accounts with occasional travel and weekend/holiday rotations.

Provide hands-on technical post-sale support for VAST storage products: troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, perform installations/upgrades/field services, escalate bugs to engineering, manage feature requests and SLAs, and support adoption across accounts.
