Interim operating executive responsible for P&L and operational performance across manufacturing sites. Leads plant consolidations, footprint changes, layout and material-flow redesign, nearshoring transitions, lean daily management, and leadership-team stabilization. Establishes a rapid operating baseline, prioritizes value levers, and reports weekly to the CEO, board, and sponsor operating partner. Requires extensive manufacturing leadership experience and full-time onsite work with frequent CONUS travel.
