Assesses and improves IT systems and applications, supports users through technical tickets, develops solutions, maintains documentation, integrates data from diverse sources, and promotes end-user self-sufficiency. The role also partners with internal and external service providers to meet agreed IT service requirements and develops technical knowledge through a learning plan.

Provides first-level technical support to employees and clients through phone, chat, email, and ServiceNow. Troubleshoots hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity, and account issues; performs password resets, documents incidents, follows up with customers, escalates unresolved problems, and suggests process improvements. The role also supports data recovery operations and uses remote access and administrative tools.

Designs scalable, secure, and cost-effective enterprise solutions spanning software, hardware, infrastructure, data, security, integrations, and cloud platforms. The role defines architectural standards, evaluates technologies and vendors, guides Agile teams, optimizes performance and cloud costs, ensures compliance, and collaborates with product stakeholders. It also uses data queries, visualizations, and reporting to inform product functionality.
