Work remotely in a contact center to monitor and investigate credit/debit fraud cases using Falcon and other tools, handle inbound/outbound member calls, meet performance targets, and maintain product knowledge and reporting. Participate in training and escalate risks to management.

Lead design, delivery, operation, and maintenance of enterprise managed file transfer systems (IBM Sterling and other MFTs). Configure file transfer solutions, ensure secure automated transfers, provide tier‑3 support, troubleshoot issues, support ETL/data validation, implement HA clusters, build reports, and consult with business partners on file movement strategy.

Expert-level full‑stack .NET engineer who designs, develops, tests, and supports secure, scalable enterprise applications. Leads large projects, authors technical specs, mentors engineers, enforces SDLC and security/audit requirements, participates in Agile/Scrum, and drives technical strategy and innovation. Availability for occasional travel and on-call support is required.
