Coordinates recruitment across US and EMEA, including interview scheduling, candidate communications, ATS data maintenance, offer approvals, onboarding support, compliance, reporting, and hiring-manager assistance. The role supports employer branding, recruitment operations, process improvements, documentation, and recruitment projects while ensuring a positive candidate experience and accurate hiring workflows. It requires strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, confidentiality, and the ability to manage competing priorities across time zones.

Lead and build Velsera's marketing function, own corporate brand and messaging, run integrated B2B demand-generation campaigns, manage lead nurturing with Sales, plan tradeshows and events, and develop thought leadership content and collateral to drive leads and market presence.

Support finance team with monthly close tasks, accounts payable administration, cash and credit card reconciliations, weekly cash flow reporting, audit support, customer and vendor setup, payroll information requests, and ad hoc accounting documentation and reporting.
