The Director of Total Rewards oversees compensation, benefits, and HR systems, ensuring market competitiveness, compliance, and strategic governance. This role includes leadership of managers and partnerships with Legal, Finance, and IT to drive data-driven decisions across the enterprise.

Support underwriting, tracking, forecasting, and reporting for capital investments across 850+ senior housing communities. Build financial models, analyze project feasibility and ROI, prepare executive presentations, monitor budgets and variances, collaborate with internal teams and operating partners, and conduct occasional site visits to evaluate and review projects.

Own and administer Workday as the primary internal product owner: manage intake and backlog, configure business processes and security, troubleshoot issues, oversee AMS delivery, ensure data integrity and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to drive system enhancements, compliance, and process improvements.
