Supports core HR programs and employee lifecycle processes, including HRIS updates, onboarding, offboarding, I-9 compliance, employment verifications, record maintenance, performance and training administration, reporting, process documentation, employee support, and HR projects.

Performs financial analysis, project underwriting, feasibility recommendations, executive presentations, and portfolio-level tracking for senior housing capital investments. Tracks budgets, cash spending, project status, forecast variances, financial performance, and return on investment across approximately 850 communities. Collaborates with internal teams and operating partners while supporting up to $500 million in annual investments. Occasional site visits are required.

Own and administer Workday as the primary internal product owner: manage intake and backlog, configure business processes and security, troubleshoot issues, oversee AMS delivery, ensure data integrity and reporting, and partner cross-functionally to drive system enhancements, compliance, and process improvements.
