Own strategic partner relationships and serve as the primary contact for ecosystem partners. Collaborate with sales, customer success, marketing, finance, legal, and partners to create shared revenue opportunities, execute joint go-to-market initiatives, launch clients, and resolve escalations. Establish performance objectives, financial targets, and milestones; monitor partner health using data-driven insights; organize partnership events; and lead initiatives that strengthen market and client engagement.

Serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner to the CEO, driving executive operating cadence, cross-functional strategy execution, transformation initiatives, and executive communications. Lead enterprise initiatives, develop executive materials and dashboards, remove execution barriers, and implement AI-enabled workflows to increase CEO leverage and organizational alignment.

Leads enterprise data engineering and platform execution, including modernization roadmaps, cloud transformation, governance, reliability, operational excellence, budgets, vendors, and investment prioritization. Directs multiple engineering managers and teams across platform engineering, data engineering, integration, and operations. Partners with architecture, security, compliance, analytics, clinical, product, finance, and business leaders to deliver secure, scalable, resilient data capabilities supporting AI, interoperability, reporting, and digital transformation.
