Full-cycle inside sales role selling Verizon Connect SaaS solutions to SMB fleets (1-399 vehicles). Generate and qualify leads via inbound/outbound outreach, run web demos, manage pipeline and forecasting, negotiate contracts with partners, maintain client relationships, track activity and proposals in Salesforce, and stay current on product and competitor offerings. Hybrid role with office and remote days.

Own end-to-end enablement programs for Verizon’s Global Customer Success organization. Design and deliver training, job aids, process maps, and learning modules for process, tool, and customer-experience changes. Manage cross-functional readiness, challenge ineffective processes, coordinate rollouts, track adoption and behavioral impact, gather frontline feedback, and continuously improve materials. The role supports Support, Deployment, Vendors, and Customer Success Managers in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Manage and grow business accounts through prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship-building. Sell integrated solutions (Cloud, Security, VoIP, Google platforms), meet revenue targets, track activity in CRM, and travel within a sales territory (up to ~50%). Coordinate with support partners and present multi-product solutions.
