The role also supports process improvements, special projects, vendor coordination, office operations, and production work while helping ensure service levels, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

The role also contributes to process improvements, special projects, operational initiatives, and service-level performance.

Supervises event-processing operations by managing staffing, inventory forecasts, service-level requirements, employee performance, training support, customer escalations, vendor relationships, and process changes. The role develops and coaches employees, manages attendance and disciplinary matters, conducts team meetings and one-on-ones, and collaborates with Operations leadership and Human Resources to maintain quality, efficiency, engagement, and customer satisfaction.
