Leads the enterprise Talent Acquisition function, recruiting strategy, team, hiring standards, executive searches, pipelines, and quality-of-hire initiatives. Partners with the CPO, CEO, executives, and business leaders on workforce planning, market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent decisions. Uses data, AI, and automation to improve recruiting efficiency and decision quality while coaching the recruiting team and supporting scalable growth.

Provides advanced functional and technical support for customers using ERP integrations and payment solutions. Troubleshoots complex integration, accounting, payment processing, and data synchronization issues; manages customer cases and escalations; and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Implementation teams. The role also contributes to knowledge-base content, process improvements, customer satisfaction, and mentoring while meeting service-level and resolution-time objectives.

Conduct customer discovery, design and demonstrate tailored fintech solutions, and provide technical expertise throughout sales cycles. Support RFIs and RFPs, propose configurations and integrations, address objections, and explain complex technology to diverse audiences. Collaborate with sales, product, management, and customer success teams to achieve business goals, maintain technical expertise and certifications, and travel occasionally across the US and Canada.
