The Revenue Operations Manager drives forecasting, pipeline visibility, data quality, reporting, quota allocation, capacity modeling, and GTM planning. They build dashboards and executive insights, manage operating cadences, improve CRM processes, and support sales technology selection and optimization. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Analytics to improve revenue predictability, efficiency, and execution.

Own the strategy, roadmap, architecture, performance, and business outcomes of Versapay’s global payment gateway. Lead processor and acquirer integrations, transaction lifecycle capabilities, compliance, reliability, and payment optimization. Partner with engineering, finance, risk, compliance, operations, and go-to-market teams while guiding execution across engineering pods. Apply AI and machine learning to retry optimization, decline analysis, anomaly detection, incident response, and partner integrations.

Develop and support Salesforce integrations connecting internal applications, vendors, and business partners. Build Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and API-based solutions; design error handling, retries, reconciliation, monitoring, and documentation. Own integration delivery from scoping through ongoing support, reduce technical debt, improve performance and testability, and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders. The role supports merchant onboarding, transaction processing, billing, and payment-related workflows.
