Perform installation, startup, preventative and scheduled maintenance on UPS battery systems. Troubleshoot and repair batteries on site, follow safety procedures, document work, communicate with customers and technical support, maintain company equipment and reports, and meet productivity and response-time targets.

Lead go-to-market for datacenter manageability products (KVM and serial console portfolio). Own positioning, messaging, sales enablement, competitive analysis, pricing and packaging. Partner with product, sales, finance, and field teams; run win/loss analysis; train sellers and channel partners; translate customer insights into commercial and roadmap changes to improve win rates and product adoption.

Serve as the SME and single point of contact for OEM customers deploying AI workloads; advise on AI-ready data center and edge infrastructure (liquid cooling, power, racks, airflow); drive technical sales conversations with CIOs/CTOs and partners; enable and train channel and OEM partners; provide market intelligence and competitive positioning to influence product strategy.
