Executes and manages trades for separately managed, unified managed, and model-only accounts. Responsibilities include generating block trade orders, rebalancing accounts for maintenance requests, communicating model changes, coordinating sponsor connectivity, reviewing executions, reconciling trades, and maintaining operational controls. The role also identifies process improvements and supports client service-level agreements. Candidates need a related bachelor's degree, 1–3+ years in SMA, UMA, or wealth management, strong analytical skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Vestmark VAST portfolio management capabilities (UMA, SMA, multi-sleeve, overlay trading, rebalancing). Serve as subject-matter expert translating portfolio management operations into prioritized requirements, partner with engineering, design, and client delivery, engage portfolio managers and sponsor clients, and represent product in client/RFP/executive conversations to drive adoption across wealth management channels.
