Provide skilled nursing care to long-term and rehabilitation residents, dispense medications per orders, respond to calls, transfer residents, and ensure professional, hospitable interactions during PM and overnight shifts.

Provide wellness-focused nursing in an independent living community: lead health education and prevention programs, perform assessments, coordinate on-site physician visits and labs, maintain resident records, connect residents with resources, recommend safety adaptations, and support residents and families through transitions of care.

Provide direct nursing care to senior residents, supervise and delegate to care staff, monitor and update care plans, report resident conditions to Director of Health Services, follow physician orders and regulatory standards, and promote resident independence and quality of life.

Plan, schedule, and lead individual and group activities for senior residents. Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with monthly programming, prepare/distribute calendars, promote resident wellbeing, and deliver educational and memory-care programs tailored to diverse physical and cognitive needs.

Plan, schedule, and lead resident activities and special events to support seniors' physical, mental, and social well-being; create monthly newsletters and weekly activity schedules; transport residents to outings; promote community culture; work evenings and weekends.

Plan, schedule, and lead meaningful individual and group activities for senior and memory care residents; assist the Director of Life Enrichment; prepare monthly calendars; promote resident wellness and community culture; execute diverse programs meeting physical, mental, and social needs.

Perform scheduled interior and exterior campus rounds, staff reception to monitor visitors and emergency systems, respond to medical/fire/vehicle/crime incidents and wellbeing checks, and complete incident reports during assigned overnight shifts.

Lead HR for a senior living community: oversee recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, compensation, policy development, compliance, workers' compensation, safety/OHS oversight, employee relations, training, payroll review, and supervise HR staff as part of the Executive Leadership Team.

Manage daily dining room operations for a senior living community: lead and train serving staff, create schedules, maintain cleanliness and food presentation standards, serve residents, set/clear tables, and assist with dishwashing as needed.

Prepare and serve therapeutic diet trays and meals to health center residents, set up and break down dining areas, transport hot/cold foods and non-food items, and follow diet orders and safety standards.

Assist residents with personal care focused on showers, bathing, grooming, incontinent care, foot care, vitals, and laundry. Document shift tasks, communicate with staff and families, provide activities, and respond to call lights and emergencies.
