Maintains a safe and secure senior living community through patrols, emergency response, fire alarm response, incident documentation, and resident support. The role provides security and EMT services, responds calmly to accidents and other emergencies, completes daily rounds, and helps protect residents, visitors, staff, and property. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Leads sales and marketing strategy for a senior living community, driving occupancy, revenue, lead generation, and move-ins. Manages prospect relationships, community tours, referral partnerships, marketing campaigns, events, CRM data, reporting, and sales team coaching. Collaborates with executive and regional leadership to maintain brand consistency, improve performance, and support regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Directs social services for skilled nursing residents, including psychosocial assessments, care planning, admissions, discharges, family communication, benefits education, and transition coordination. The role collaborates with clinical, rehabilitation, case management, admissions, and community teams while addressing behavioral, emotional, financial, and discharge barriers. It also ensures compliance with federal, state, and local skilled nursing regulations.

Provides direct nursing care to senior living residents, including monitoring medical and behavioral changes, developing and reassessing care plans, administering care under physician orders, coordinating services, and supervising resident assistants. The LPN also supports activities of daily living, promotes resident independence, communicates community and resident updates to health leadership, and follows healthcare regulations and professional nursing standards.

Provide compassionate emergency medical response and high-quality care to senior community residents. The full-time role works Tuesday through Saturday from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and requires EMT or EMR certification plus 1–2 years of experience. Responsibilities emphasize resident service, safety, and stewardship in a senior living environment.

Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, conducting tours, developing local marketing plans, overseeing digital and print campaigns, hosting community events, building referral relationships, supervising marketing staff, presenting performance reports, and ensuring ethical, compliant sales practices.

Manages nursing care for assisted living and memory care residents, including medication administration, treatments, documentation, care-plan monitoring, resident assessments, staff supervision, scheduling, admissions, and regulatory compliance. Provides direct nursing care, supports activities of daily living and resident independence, identifies medical or behavioral changes, and reports facility and resident conditions to the Director of Health Services.

Provides gatehouse and front desk security support on a residential community campus. Logs and verifies guests, visitors, vendors, and contractors; directs campus traffic; and records security staff activities, patrols, and emergency calls. The role requires customer service skills, effective English communication, basic arithmetic, computer familiarity, and Microsoft Office knowledge. Previous customer service experience is required, while security experience is preferred.

Provides front-desk reception for a senior living community, welcoming residents and visitors, coordinating phone communications, organizing mail and packages, monitoring life-safety alerts, assisting guests, and completing clerical duties. Maintains an organized, professional reception area while delivering compassionate customer service in a busy environment.

Provide skilled nursing care to long-term and rehabilitation residents, dispense medications per orders, respond to calls, transfer residents, and ensure professional, hospitable interactions during PM and overnight shifts.

Plan, schedule, and lead resident activities and special events to support seniors' physical, mental, and social well-being; create monthly newsletters and weekly activity schedules; transport residents to outings; promote community culture; work evenings and weekends.

Prepare and serve therapeutic diet trays and meals to health center residents, set up and break down dining areas, transport hot/cold foods and non-food items, and follow diet orders and safety standards.

Manage daily dining room operations for a senior living community: lead and train serving staff, create schedules, maintain cleanliness and food presentation standards, serve residents, set/clear tables, and assist with dishwashing as needed.
