Maintains a safe and secure senior living community through patrols, emergency response, fire alarm response, incident documentation, and resident support. The role provides security and EMT services, responds calmly to accidents and other emergencies, completes daily rounds, and helps protect residents, visitors, staff, and property. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Leads sales and marketing strategy for a senior living community, driving occupancy, revenue, lead generation, and move-ins. Manages prospect relationships, community tours, referral partnerships, marketing campaigns, events, CRM data, reporting, and sales team coaching. Collaborates with executive and regional leadership to maintain brand consistency, improve performance, and support regulatory compliance and service excellence.

Directs social services for skilled nursing residents, including psychosocial assessments, care planning, admissions, discharges, family communication, benefits education, and transition coordination. The role collaborates with clinical, rehabilitation, case management, admissions, and community teams while addressing behavioral, emotional, financial, and discharge barriers. It also ensures compliance with federal, state, and local skilled nursing regulations.
