The Technical Account Manager acts as a strategic post-sales leader, enhancing client relationships and ensuring optimal adoption of Viant's data solutions. Responsibilities include addressing client needs, facilitating solution delivery, and developing training resources.

Own Viant’s commercial product marketing system, including core narratives, agency and vertical pitches, solution modules, and sales-facing content. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Design, and executives to improve positioning and seller productivity. Govern Highspot content, analyze usage, conduct customer interviews, synthesize Gong and field insights, and translate recurring customer needs and objections into scalable messaging, pitch materials, and enablement resources.

The Head of Industry, Travel & Tourism will drive revenue growth in the travel sector, scale brand relationships, and lead a GTM team for Viant's programmatic advertising solutions.
