Leads full-scope HR operations for a manufacturing site, including employee relations, investigations, recruitment, compliance, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, HRIS reporting, policy administration, talent development, and organizational change. Manages HR staff, advises site leadership, oversees employment-law compliance, supports audits and accommodations, and partners on succession planning, M&A integration, and process improvement. Regular travel to two additional Florida sites is required.

Outside territory sales role selling mechanical pipe-joining products. Learn product and industry, develop territory business plans, manage full project pursuit from design/specs to commissioning, build relationships with contractors/engineers/owners and distributors, deliver demos/trainings, coordinate internal support, and travel frequently to customer sites.

Execute AI use-case, vendor, model, agentic AI, and generative AI risk assessments; administer Credo AI workflows; develop governance processes, risk classifications, controls, and reporting; evaluate AI contracts; monitor regulatory frameworks; and advise governance committees while partnering with Legal, Cybersecurity, Procurement, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
