Lead a senior, autonomous platform engineering squad to accelerate personalized care delivery. Own platform vision, remove cross-team friction, drive AI-native SDLC improvements, and develop senior talent while aligning platform strategy with product roadmaps.

Lead revenue accounting including month-end close, ASC 606 technical accounting, contract reviews, controls, and external audits. Manage and mentor two revenue accountants, partner cross-functionally, and drive process and system improvements to scale revenue reporting and compliance.

The General Counsel will oversee all legal affairs at Virta Health, serve as a strategic advisor, and prepare for IPO readiness, focusing on legal operations and risk management.
