Senior executive responsible for creating, structuring, and scaling a client-facing Engineering Services business unit. Define strategy, build service offerings, drive commercial performance, lead talent strategy (hiring and acquisitions), and ensure operational excellence across global studios. Partner with BD, set governance and delivery models, and drive growth, utilization, and profitability.

Provide executive support to the CRO and commercial organization: manage calendars, travel, inbox triage, and meeting ops; run the sales rhythm of business; prepare presentations and Salesforce-sourced reports; coordinate events and on-site support; handle expense reconciliation, contracts, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination to keep the global sales org operating efficiently.

Support project management and process improvement across studios: analyze workflows, track milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, engage stakeholders, use industry tools, present findings, and propose data-driven solutions while collaborating globally.
