Lead and deliver multiple cloud implementation projects end-to-end, manage milestone plans, client expectations, budgets and teams, run executive and PMO meetings, gather requirements, mitigate risks/issues, and identify new service opportunities.

Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training for Vistex software. Collaborate with product specialists and trainers to create curricula, eLearning, videos, job aids, and instructor guides. Update materials for releases, run pilot and train-the-trainer sessions, analyze training needs, manage projects, and deliver customer-specific training with occasional travel.

Entry-level presales role supporting Solution Engineering through SAP and Vistex product training, building and delivering customized demos, assisting with RFIs/RFPs, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Product Management. Includes client-facing presentations, trade show support, job shadowing, mentorship, and travel across the U.S. and internationally. Promotion path to Presales Specialist and Solution Engineer.
