Leads Vistex GTMS implementations and post-production support for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, upgrades, issue resolution, customer workshops, end-user training, documentation, and coordination with development and support teams. The consultant leads support consultants, manages critical customer issues, ensures project deliverables meet timelines, and provides functional specifications and regression testing for software enhancements.

Leads customer implementations of Vistex’s Go-to-Market Suite, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, data loading, testing, demos, documentation, and quality assurance. Manages project teams, allocates work across onsite and offshore resources, oversees delivery timelines, writes functional specifications, and coordinates with technical and product development teams. Provides customer-facing consulting and supports continued product development and best-practice implementation.
