Act as strategic advisor, coach managers, handle complex employee situations, design manager capability interventions, drive people programs, use people data to surface org health, and apply AI tools to automate and accelerate HR workflows. Support full employee lifecycle and partner on retention, engagement, and org design in a fast-paced, high-growth, remote environment.

Serve as first-line IT support for hardware, software, networking, and enterprise applications.
