Teams at Voltus

Lead Voltus’s internal and external communications strategy across PR, media relations, social media, thought leadership, corporate events, and executive positioning. Own internal communications to align and engage employees, manage external agencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging aligns with product, legal, and regulatory priorities.

Provide administrative support to Executive Assistants and People Team: scheduling, expense reports, travel arrangements, preparing PowerPoint presentations, managing mail and company drive, handling employee inquiries, assisting with North American events, and occasional EA coverage. Work remotely in a fast-paced environment, maintaining confidentiality and strong communication.

Manage Voltus participation in NYISO wholesale capacity programs (SCR, DER PM). Build and improve tools and workflows, translate program rules for internal and customer use, develop analytical tools, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize portfolio performance and scale operations.
