Lead North American demand generation end-to-end: strategy and hands-on execution of digital, inbound, ABX/ABM, partner, and event programs. Manage paid channels, HubSpot workflows, pipeline reporting with RevOps, align with Sales/BDR, and hire/lead a small team while owning budget and performance targets.

Own and scale core People Operations functions across the employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, HRIS administration (Rippling), payroll coordination, compensation and equity frameworks, performance management, benefits administration, workforce analytics, and compliance across multi-state US environments. Partner with leadership, Finance, Legal, and managers to build scalable processes and improve employee experience in a fast-growing startup.

The role involves rapid prototyping, integrating legacy data streams, and building scalable software for enterprise customers using computer vision and AI.
