Serve as subject-matter expert, educate and support sales teams and intermediaries, identify prospects, present proposals, attend finalist meetings and industry conferences, influence product strategy, support implementations and onboarding, and develop marketing/collateral to expand pooled-plan adoption.

Lead advisor relationship management and practice consulting regionally to drive advisor growth, AUM retention, and satisfaction. Provide strategic guidance, coordinate internal resources, deliver presentations, and foster advisor connectivity to firm resources and initiatives.
