Design, develop, and troubleshoot SAP reporting solutions, data marts, OLAP and dashboards. Translate business needs into BI solutions, follow data management processes, analyze trends, collaborate on database and architecture design, and evaluate future data delivery tools.

Lead enterprise digital transformation strategy and execution by partnering with business and technology leaders. Drive program management, change management, vendor selection, process re-engineering, team building, and cross-functional adoption to deliver measurable business value across global supply chain and enterprise functions.

Provide timely, accurate customer support across phone, in-person, and online channels. Research and resolve routine to complex inquiries, document interactions, educate customers on products/services, identify trends, assist with order/payment/eligibility/claims processes, perform QA testing as needed, and occasionally travel for events or client meetings.

Provide primary legal and commercial counsel to a line of business or staff group, advising on corporate, transactional, compliance, employment, immigration, data privacy, risk management, asset-backed financing, and contract matters. Act as LOB subject-matter expert, support senior management, manage outside counsel, assess and mitigate legal risk, and guide other legal staff.

Plan and execute marketing, sales, and customer events end-to-end: logistics, vendor procurement, budgets, on-site support, attendee tracking, and post-event evaluations to improve future events.

May perform QA testing and attend occasional events or travel.

Lead and design emerging-technology projects from concept to prototype, evaluate technologies and business models, run user research and validation, build scorecards, pitch opportunities, present findings, and maintain cross-functional and external partnerships to scale business impact.

Lead domain-focused innovation efforts end-to-end: identify opportunities, quantify enterprise value, design and run pilots/proofs-of-concept, advise project teams, translate trends into actionable insights, mentor junior staff, and manage stakeholder relationships to scale validated innovations.

Sell and service eyewear products to existing and new B2B accounts. Develop sales strategies, cultivate customer relationships, meet revenue quotas, and liaise with internal teams. Use sales automation to track activity and prepare reports; travel frequently and maintain required agent licensing.

Provide accounts receivable and collections services for mid-to-large customers; act as primary billing/contact; perform billing, cash application, reconciliation, dispute resolution, collections, and reporting; analyze data and trends, recommend adjustments/write-offs, coordinate with Sales and partners, maintain controls, and mentor new teammates.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines and integrations. Profiles and cleanses data, creates mappings and SQL, documents metadata, monitors data quality, participates in code reviews, and collaborates with analytics, DBAs, and business partners to enable accurate analytics and data warehousing.

The role involves developing business strategies for key accounts, enhancing customer relationships, and achieving sales goals within a specified territory, focusing on the optical industry.

Sell and service eyewear products by managing existing accounts and developing new prospects. Build and maintain customer relationships, develop creative sales strategies, collaborate with internal teams, use a sales automation system for reporting, and meet revenue quotas. Serve as liaison between customers and VSP divisions while maintaining product knowledge and capturing customer feedback.
