Teams at VSP Vision Care

Leads and coaches Scrum teams, facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes impediments, manages backlogs, release dependencies, project plans, metrics, and governance. Partners with Product Owners on release planning, improves team dynamics and delivery practices, mentors other Scrum Masters, and applies Agile and traditional project-management approaches across software and infrastructure projects.

Analyze, document, and implement business process improvements and system changes. Elicit and document requirements, create workflow diagrams, review technical designs, deliver training and post-implementation support, present findings, and continually identify process improvement opportunities.

Leads large, complex projects from planning through completion, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, governance, stakeholders, and project teams. Develops business cases, proposals, charters, and status communications; tracks results, resolves escalated issues, conducts lessons learned, and mentors other project managers. Serves as a decision-maker and business consultant while coordinating technical and non-technical stakeholders.
