Lead systems engineering and early-stage development of rail automation, energy-performance, and system-optimized solutions. Oversee architecture, automation, AI, cloud engineering, vendor integration, safety assessments (DFMEA/SFMEA), validation planning, and sustainability technical strategy. Drive cross-functional teams from concept through commercialization, manage budgets/schedules, and develop talent and staffing strategies.

Develop and improve manufacturing methods, estimate production times and costs, coordinate with engineering and management, lead DFMEA/continuous improvement activities, train staff, and support production and quality initiatives.
