Manages complaints, containment, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, 8D and DMAIC programs, FMEA/PFMEA, APQP/PPAP, process validation, lean improvement, and error proofing. Uses QMS data, KPIs, statistical analysis, and BI tools to reduce defects and cost of poor quality. Mentors quality engineers and supports supplier, warranty, field, and manufacturing quality activities.

Requires technical expertise in relays, RTUs, sensors, and related components, along with 5–7 years of technical sales or business development experience.

Leads global finance activities for a $0.5B business across multiple countries. Responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, controls, operational efficiency, M&A transactions, business transformation, strategic decision support, and leadership of a geographically dispersed finance organization. The role partners with senior executives, develops finance talent, drives continuous improvement, and supports scalable growth. Travel to Austria is approximately 50% for the first six months, with possible relocation required.
