The Senior Software Engineer will design and maintain scalable applications for Loan Origination and Servicing, focusing on backend architecture and system design to enhance decision-making and workflows.

Lead enterprise data governance and product strategy, building processes, controls, and stewardship across the data lifecycle. Drive data discovery, classification, lineage, privacy, access, and AI governance; partner with Legal, Risk, Compliance, InfoSec, Engineering and business teams. Define roadmap, metrics, and oversight, grow the governance team and steward network, and communicate priorities and risks to executive leadership to ensure regulatory compliance and scalable governance practices.

The Senior BI Analyst will gather requirements, develop scalable reporting solutions, and create dashboards using Power BI, ensuring data-driven decisions across the organization.
