Advise and coach candidates on quant recruiting strategy, source and place candidates at quant trading firms using industry relationships, hold office hours and group coaching, maintain hiring manager relationships, track pipelines, and develop recruiting-focused content to improve placement outcomes.

Lead content strategy and audience growth across YouTube, short-form, LinkedIn, newsletters, and community. Own audience research, content franchises, hooks, thumbnails, organic lead generation, performance analysis, and manage editors/researchers/producers to drive applications, booked calls, and revenue.
