The role requires phone and email communication, organization, prioritization, and basic problem-solving. In-person training is provided on the medical school campus.

Provides remote support for Epic clinical systems, troubleshooting issues, testing and implementing enhancements, reviewing reports and audits, and supporting downtime procedures. Trains providers and staff, supports clinic workflow and onboarding, communicates system changes, and drives continuous Epic optimization and process improvement. The role independently researches solutions, coordinates with Epic teams and clinical operations, manages break-fix tickets, and works flexible hours to meet user needs.
