Teams at Water Mission

The Partnerships Director builds and manages a portfolio of major donors and prospective partners across Texas and the Midwest. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, cultivating relationships, making significant financial asks, securing at least $2 million annually, stewarding existing partners, preparing impact communications, forecasting revenue, and collaborating on engagement strategies. The role requires extensive domestic and international travel, strong Christian commitment, and experience in major gift fundraising, relationship-based business development, or consultative sales.

Leads Water Mission Malawi’s operational planning and delivery of WASH projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, budgets exceeding $1 million, schedules, quality, procurement, logistics, reporting, compliance, and partnerships. The role coordinates field implementation, staff development, financial controls, donor support, and operational alignment with regional and headquarters teams. Based in Lilongwe, it requires regular travel to field locations and occasional international travel, along with alignment to Water Mission’s Christian mission and Statement of Faith.
