Performs financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and reporting. Develops Power BI dashboards and KPIs, evaluates profitability and business initiatives, validates financial data, and provides actionable recommendations to management. Partners cross-functionally on planning, pricing, resource allocation, and strategic decisions while preparing executive-level financial reviews and presentations.

Manages emergency and facility projects from initiation through completion, overseeing planning, scheduling, budgeting, risks, changes, client communication, subcontractors, and delivery. Supervises and trains Project Coordinators, monitors multiple concurrent projects, resolves conflicts and dependencies, and maintains strong relationships with clients, owners, team members, and subcontractors. The role requires work across office and active construction-site environments, including travel to project locations.

Leads full-cycle accounting operations, including monthly close, general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and GAAP compliance. Supervises and develops accounting staff, advises leadership on financial performance, coordinates audits, and partners cross-functionally on cash management. Drives process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and scalable accounting solutions while resolving complex accounting matters and supporting strategic initiatives.
