Manages international customer accounts, develops global e-commerce expansion strategies, creates sales materials and presentations, responds to sales inquiries, identifies commercial opportunities, and acquires customers through outbound outreach. Provides product training and customer support, conducts market research, reports on market activity and pricing, coordinates quotes and orders, resolves customer issues, and attends international trade shows and conferences.

Owns end-to-end digital measurement across ecommerce and digital marketing, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, measurement plans, tracking audits, KPI definition, experimentation, attribution investigations, and analytics governance. Partners with Marketing, Ecommerce, CRM, Merchandising, and Development to ensure accurate data collection, resolve discrepancies, and translate business questions into reliable insights. The role is on-site in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

Install aftermarket products in customers’ vehicles, explain installation and maintenance, resolve service concerns, maintain tools and work areas, follow safety procedures, and support customer satisfaction. The role requires vehicle installation experience, professionalism, strong communication, reliable attendance, and availability for varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
