Drive outbound prospecting and qualify leads to build pipeline alongside Account Executives. Conduct outreach via email, phone, and social, log activity in Salesforce, refine messaging, become product expert, collaborate with Marketing and Ops, and travel occasionally for onboarding and events.

Own demand generation execution for field plays, sponsorships, gifting, and third-party partnerships. Manage vendor contracts, budgets, campaign integration, outreach sequencing, event follow-up, ROI tracking, and reporting. Build and deploy AI-assisted workflows and agents with human review. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, XDR, Field Marketing), iterate program performance, and travel ~15-20% for offsites.

Help improve reliability and stability of Webflow's production infrastructure: maintain monitoring and observability tooling, optimize Kubernetes workloads for scalability and fault tolerance, occasionally debug/fix Node/Python/Go application code, collaborate with Support/Partnerships/Sales, and participate in on-call and incident response processes.
