Lead a high-impact analytics function partnering with clinical and business leaders to apply advanced analytics, modeling, and BI to improve participant outcomes, operations, and financial performance. Manage and mentor analysts, design analyses and models, build stakeholder relationships, and communicate actionable insights to influence enterprise strategy.

Lead development and oversight of the enterprise-wide Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) Prevention Program. Investigate and resolve FWA matters, support audits, develop corrective action plans and training, partner with legal/operations/clinical teams, liaise with external agencies (CMS, law enforcement), and report program integrity metrics to leadership.
