Educate eligible Medicare patients about WellBe services, overcome objections, secure enrollment appointments, and follow up with patients. Maintain outreach documentation, manage pipelines, meet engagement targets, and collaborate with provider relations teams. The role requires local travel, strong communication, independent problem-solving, territory organization, and compassionate patient interactions.

Administer multi-frequency payroll for hourly, salaried, on-call, and incentive-based employees using Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance. Validate time records, deductions, earnings, and adjustments; resolve discrepancies; support audits, reconciliations, reporting, and year-end activities; and maintain compliance with payroll regulations. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Payroll Tax while identifying process automation and modernization opportunities. This is a remote/hybrid role with limited domestic travel.

Leads integration of healthcare payer feeds and internal enterprise data into WellBe’s data platforms. Responsibilities include data mapping, transformation, validation, normalization, quality monitoring, governance, metadata and lineage management, requirements gathering, and supporting ingestion pipeline delivery. The role partners with engineering and analytics teams, serves as a subject matter expert, and ensures reliable data for value-based care, reporting, and operational use cases.

Leads data engineering strategy and mentors an analytics engineering team. Designs scalable ELT pipelines, warehouse integrations, data models, API ingestion workflows, and data quality frameworks using cloud and database technologies. Conducts exploratory analysis, supports dashboards and analytical solutions, monitors warehouse performance and costs, and ensures data governance, security, and compliance. Collaborates with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver healthcare analytics solutions.

Leads integration of healthcare payer feeds and internal enterprise data into WellBe’s data platforms. Responsibilities include source-to-target mapping, transformation logic, data validation, normalization, quality monitoring, governance, metadata and lineage management, and partnership with data engineering. The role translates clinical and business requirements into technical specifications, leads customer discovery sessions, supports analytics and reporting, and drives multiple concurrent integration initiatives through agile delivery.

Designs and maintains ELT pipelines, warehouse integrations, data models, and data quality processes. Collaborates with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable analytical solutions. Responsibilities include data integration, governance, security, performance optimization, exploratory analysis, visualization, and cloud-based API ingestion. Requires strong SQL, DBT, Snowflake, Azure Data Factory, cloud, and scripting experience, plus leadership and communication skills.
